An exciting opportunity has arisen at Fulbridge Academy for a Teaching Assistant to join our team.

Our broad curriculum teaches academic and vocational subjects, promoting social and emotional development alongside reading, oracy, writing and maths. Our Physical Education, Performing Arts, Art, and Forest School staff are specialists in their subjects.
We are privileged to work with dedicated and enthusiastic staff, from teaching staff to support staff, who do their best every day to offer the highest level of education and support to the children in our care.

We are looking for someone who will be responsible for providing the young children in our care with a safe, engaging and rewarding environment in which they can develop and grow.
We are looking for a candidate who is:
●Sense of Humour
● Good communication Skills
Vacancy Description –
You will be working alongside the class teacher to deliver the following roles and responsibilities:
●Organise indoor and outdoor learning linked to local and national learning strategies
●Undertake assessments and observations of children within your classroom, providing detailed and regular feedback on achievements, progress, problems, etc.
● Adapt and deliver learning activities with individual children, or small groups, who would benefit from different learning approaches (as agreed).
●Encourage and promote inclusion and acceptance.
● Always prioritise safeguarding and wellbeing of the children.
●Develop and maintain effective relationships with other staff, parents, and carers.
●Attend relevant meetings as required.
