Mental Health Awareness Week 2024

Mental Health Awareness Week is from 13th - 17th May 2024.

The green ribbon is the international symbol of Mental Health Awareness so we are asking teachers, staff and children to wear green on Friday 17th May in support. This could be a green t-shirt, hairband, trousers or a jumper along with their normal school uniform.

A donation of £1 would be gratefully received by The Mental Health Foundation and
can be paid by bringing in £1 in cash on the day.
Any money raised will be used to help fight for the prevention of mental ill-health by
continuing research and delivering life-changing programmes throughout the UK.

This year’s theme is about movement and keeping active to support your mental health.
We will be selling skipping ropes to raise even more money for the Mental Health
Awareness Foundation.

These will be available on Monday 13th May 3.15pm - 4.15pm & Tuesday 14th May
3.15pm - 3.45pm in the FAH & FA playgrounds. Our Future Leaders will be selling
them for £2 each (CASH ONLY) and children’s names will be written on them to
ensure that they don't get lost or mixed up!

Thank you for your support in raising money for this great cause!
