On Thursday 2nd March 2023 it is World Book Day. At Fulbridge Academy we value reading very highly and we are all going to take part in this day to celebrate the joy of books and reading. We are asking the children to come to school dressed as their favourite book character on World Book Day.

As always, each child will receive a World Book Day £1 token to be redeemed at a retailer of your choice.

Please do not go to any great expense to provide a costume. Many costumes can be made from things you already have and creative accessories!

We are asking the children to share a photo of themselves reading in an interesting place and would be delighted if these could be sent to us by email to photos@fulbridgeacademy.co.uk.

We are really excited to see all the creative reading places you think of! We can’t wait to see what they come up with and are looking forward to an amazing World Book Day.
