'Read It Your Way' Video Quiz
Throughout the day we shared 10 videos. Each video included an adult from school reading a story in a mystery location.
Each class had to listen carefully and guess the book and also guess the place.
The answers were shared the next day and the winning class or classes will be picked out from a hat to decide the overall winner.
The winning class will receive a prize.

Photo Challenge
Children and adults were set a challenge to send or bring a photo in of them reading in a strange place. We had lots of great photos from sitting on top of a car roof, sat inside a washing machine, sitting outside with their pet, reading with The Beatles (the band), the museum, in the bin, on a motorbike and many more!
We have presented the photos on a display board in school and also created a video of the photos which can be viewed below:
The official opening of The Helen Bath Library
Our new library was officially opened by Mrs Teal, a former Fulbridge teacher. Mrs Teal dedicated a lot of time scanning and organising the thousands of books.
We are grateful and thankful to so many members of staff:
Mr Wood and Mr Bailey for making the vision become a reality.
Mrs Holland for using any spare time she had to scan the many thousands of books.
Our Site Team for building the bespoke shelving units and ensuring the library is looking absolutely amazing.
Miss Fulcher and Mrs Stripe for the day-to-day running of the library.
Mrs Wilson for all her dedication to ensure everything was on track and moving forward.
Also, thank you for all the community donations of books that has added some wonderful books to our library.
This has been a great team effort by all staff who have helped to ensure the library is already a huge success. A success that we know will grow and enthuse our children to a life-long love of reading.
Here is a short video of the cutting of the ribbon:
World Book Day Lunch Menu
Children and adults enjoyed a special lunch menu.
Mystery Book
Miss Armfield delivered a mystery book to each class. The class unwrapped their book and enjoyed listening to the story as part of their shared read. They also had an extra treat: juice and biscuits!
