Year 3 Visits Creswell Crags
This is a spectacular magnesian limestone gorge with 9 impressive caves. This beautiful location is nestled in the countryside of north Derbyshire and Nottinghamshire.
During their visit the children were able to refer back to their previous knowledge of the Stone Age and Iron
Age that they had learnt in their History lessons. They also participated in various workshops and had the chance to explore one of the caves.
It certainly looks like they had a wonderful time.
